健康管理类手环

简易指南

    ● 手环充电

  • a.将手环显示主体部分拆下,连入配对的充电槽中。

    b.正在充电的电量标志。


    c.充满时的电量标志。
  • ● 佩戴方式

  • a.手环以尺骨茎突后佩戴为最佳。

    b.根据调节孔调好适合手腕的大小,扣上腕带扣,避免运动时手环移动。

    c.带心率的手环,请保持传感器紧贴皮肤,避免移动。

  • ● 注意事项

  • a.本产品含有磁性备件,有安装心脏起搏器,或者植入电子设备,或金属物者,请勿使用本产品。

    b.如佩戴时,出现不适症状,请立即停止使用本产品。

    c.如果使用不合适的电源充电,会缩短电池寿命,甚至损坏电池。

    d.我们的手环采用密封工艺,防汗,能够满足日常防水,如洗手等情况,但不支持游泳,潜水等级防水。

手环页面操作

    ● 开关机

  • 开机:关机状态下,长按手环上的按键即可开机(前提:手环有电)。

    关机:开机状态下,在非心率页面下长按手环按键 ,页面立即显示“on”和“off”,点击按键选择“off”,再长按按键即可关机(取消关机可选择“on”,再长按按键即可)。

  • ● 时钟界面

  • 蓝牙图标常亮,表示蓝牙已连接;蓝牙未连接,图标不出现。



    备注:1.手环电量。2.蓝牙图标。3.时间。4.时间制。
  • ● 计步界面

  • 佩戴手环,记录每天运动步数,可查看当前实时步数。

  • ● 里程界面

  • 根据APP个人设置的身高,计算行走的路程。

  • ● 卡路里界面

  • 根据APP个人设置的体重,计算消耗的卡路里。

  • ● 心率界面

  • 在心率界面下长按按键开启或关闭心率监测,心率开始但未出结果之前默认为“--”;未开启心率时,显示为上一次的测试值或“--”。

    温馨提示:测试时心率传感器要紧贴皮肤,避免移动和外部光线影响测试准确度;心率测试区域要保持清洁,汗水或污渍都会影响测试结果。

  • ● 按键功能

  • a.短按功能键可点亮屏幕,手环默认时钟页面,短按功能键可切换查看不同页面。无操作默认五秒息屏,用户可连接手机APP修改熄屏时间。

    b.心率界面长按开始/停止测试心率,其他页面长按进入开/关机选项。

APP功能介绍

    ● 扫描与连接

  • 设置-->搜索设置-->进入扫描界面-->在可用设备列表处下拉可进行设备的扫描-->点击需要连接的设备-->连接成功(如果连接失败,需重新点击连接),连接设备需要开启手机蓝牙。
    a.进入连接界面后,会自动搜索附近的手环,也可以通过下拉显示列表重新扫描手环,扫描到手环后,点击对应的手环进行连接。
    b.再次开启应用时,会自动搜索并连接最近连接过的手环。

    注意:连接手环需开启蓝牙。
  • ● 同步数据

  • a.APK刚连上手环时,会自动同步手环时间、个人信息、计步、睡眠数据、灭屏时间、久坐提醒、闹钟、时间制(是否24小时制)等。
    b.在计步、睡眠、心率界面下手动下拉同步数据。
    温馨提醒:手环可存储7天的离线数据,数据量越多,同步时间越长,最长大约2分钟,同步完成后,会有“同步完成”的提示。
  • ● 个人信息

  • 点击设置-->个人信息,进入个人信息界面
    头像:点击头像图标,根据提示可设置相册的图片或重新拍照设置新头像,不设置请点击取消。
    昵称:点击头像下的文字,即可重新编辑昵称。
    性别、年龄、身高、体重:根据个人实际情况设置这些信息,以便运动数据的准确性。
    单位:根据个人习惯,选择公制或英制作为相关数据显示的单位。
    运动目标:定制个人每天的运动目标,合理的运动规划,有助于身体素质的提高。
    温馨提醒:用户个人信息需在手环与当前APK连接下,才会将设置的个人信息同步给手环,否则将在下次连接时同步。
  • ● 我的设备

  • 点击设置-->我的设备,进入我的设备界面
    智能防丢:设置是否开启防丢功能、警报时间、警报铃声;连接状态下,开启后,当手环与手机远离时,手机会立即发出警报声。
    久坐提醒:设置是否开启久坐提醒功能和提醒时间间隔,默认时间间隔是一个小时;连接状态下,开启后,如果用户一个小时内都没进行运动,而是一直坐着,手环将会发出震动,提醒用户运动一下。
    灭屏时间:设置手环亮屏之后,多久会灭屏。
    查找手环:连接状态下,点击“查找手环”选项,手环会发出震动。
    智能闹钟:连接状态下,可进行三个闹钟的设置,设置后,会同步给手环;智能闹钟是一种无声闹钟,闹铃时,手环会发起适度的震动,不会惊吓到用户。
  • ● 消息推送

  • 点击设置-->消息推送,进入我的消息推送界面
    来电提醒:连接状态下,如果开启了来电提醒功能,当来电时,手环上会震动,并显示来电的姓名或号码(如果来电方名字在手机中已保存有,则显示姓名,否则显示号码)。
    短信提醒:显示方式与“来电提醒”类似。
    QQ提醒:连接状态下,如果开启了QQ提醒功能,当有QQ信息到来时,手环上会震动,并显示QQ图标提醒。
    微信提醒:连接状态下,如果开启了微信提醒功能,当有微信信息到来时,手环上会震动,并显示微信图标提醒。
    温馨提醒:要使用QQ、微信提醒功能,需要先在手机上设置APK应用允许通知使用权(在首次开启提醒时,会弹出菜单,选择相应APK应用即可)。
  • ● 摇摇拍照

  • 点击设置-->摇一摇拍照,进入摇摇拍照界面
    连接状态下,用户摇一摇手环即可进行倒计时3秒后拍照。
  • ● 关于与帮助

  • 点击设置-->关于,进入关于界面
    更新应用:用于检测APK应用是否有新版本;连网下,点击后会弹出提示“当前版本已是最新”或“发现新版本,是否更新?”,用户可根据自己需要进行相应操作。确认升级后,可下拉手机状态栏查看下载APK进度。
    固件升级:用于检测手环固件是否有新版本;连网下,点击后会弹出提示“当前版本已是最新”或“发现新版本,是否更新?”,用户可根据自己需要进行相应操作。升级过程中,保证蓝牙连接状态下,大约需2-3分钟升级完成,期间避免蓝牙设备断开。
    版本信息:查看当前APK和手环固件的版本信息;未连接情况下,点击版本版本信息只会显示APK版本信息。
    帮助中心:应用基本的介绍以及连接异常、常见问题的处理办法。
    恢复出厂设置:连接状态下,点击恢复出厂设置,在弹出的提示中再次确认执行,那么手环和应用的数据会全部被清零,并重启应用。
  • ● 轨迹记录与回放

  • 点击主界面的地图图标,进入地图功能
    搜索:输入地点后,点击搜索,如果定位到地点,会在界面按顺序标记出来。 导航:点击标记出来的地点,会弹出导航菜单,再点击导航即可进入导航功能。
    清除:对标记出来的地点图标进行清除。
    开始录制:点击开始录制后,可对用户的移动轨迹进行开始记录。
    结束录制:点击结束录制,可对用户之间的的移动轨迹进行结束记录,必须与开始录制配对,才是一条完整的记录。
    轨迹记录:对用户之前记录的轨迹进行回放;在轨迹记录界面可对之前的记录进行编辑和信息查看。
    温馨提醒:为了保证定位的准确性,请开启GPS定位.
  • ● 心率检测

  • 在主界面下,切到心率界面
    开始测试:连接状态下,点击“开始测试”按钮,则开始测试心率。
    停止测试:连接状态下,点击“停止测试”按钮,则停止测试心率。
    说明: 心率开始测试但未出结果之前默认为“--”;
    未开启心率时,显示为上一次的测试值或“--”。
    心率值出来后,并非是测试者的真实心率,需待心率值稳定(即心率值基本不再跳变或再较小范围内来回跳变时)后,此时才是用户的真实心率值。

问题解答

    ● 为什么测试心率需要等待8秒?

  • 测试心率,需要采集较长时间的信号,才能准确计算您的心率。
  • ● 测量心率时手环为什么要戴的比较紧?

  • 手环采用光反射原理,通过光源穿透皮肤后,采集反射到传感器的信号来计算您的心率,如果佩戴不紧,会有环境光进入传感器,会影响测量精度。
  • ● 如何监测睡眠?

  • 佩戴手环前提下,晚上当用户进入睡眠状态时,手环会自动切换到检监测眠模式。详细睡眠情况可通过APP查看。
  • ● 为什么有的手环显示AM、PM,有的不会显示?

  • 这是根据手机时间的制式决定的,如果手机设置了12小时制,就会显示;手机设置了24小时制,就不会显示。
  • ● 为什么摇摇拍照用不了?

  • 在进入摇一摇拍照时,请给app允许访问相机的权限。
  • ● 为什么部分手机扫描不到设备?

  • 部分手机由于系统本身原因,导致扫描不到设备,例如Android6.0系统上,比较容易复现这类问题。目前解决方案:先打开手机GPS,然后再重新扫描设备即可。
  • ● 消息推送功能为什么失效了?

  • 导致消息推送失效的原因很多,不同手机解决方法也不一样,具体如下:
    1、首次使用消息推送时,再打开开关时,会提示开启推送权限,这时选择相应的APP赋予权限即可或可以到设置里找到安全和隐私选项-> 通知使用权,设置允许apk的通知使用权。

    2、QQ、微信没有消息推送?
    在满足1的条件下,进入QQ、微信的设置界面-->消息通知/新消息提醒-->接收消息通知。

    3、若只有QQ收不到推送,微信、短信都正常?
    进入手机QQ》设置-》辅助功能》 系统通知栏显示qq图标关闭。

    4、小米手机收不到消息推送:
    小米手机一般都会内置一个安全中心,点击安全中心进入-->点击授权管理,将APP设置设置为自启动,否则,手机系统会清除后台的APP程序。

    5、魅族手机收不到消息推送:
    同样魅族手机会内置一个安全中心,点击安全中心进入-->点击权限管理,将APP设置设置为自启动,否则,手机系统会清除后台的APP程序。

    其他手机如遇类似问题,请使用类似方法将APP设置为自启动即可。

    6、魅族手机收不到短信推送:
    进入短信设置-->高级设置栏下“Flyme通讯”-->关闭即可。

    7、魅族手机收不到短信推送:
    解决办法:短信-》点击右下角三点-》设置-》高级设置-》关闭flyme通讯 同时检查是否为弹窗问题。弹窗显示的消息通知是无法推送到手表上的。

    8、魅族升级到新系统后请关闭该项设置“待机时切断应用相互启动”。

    9、一些手机安装了类似安全省电的软件,需将APP加入到手机里各种省电优化类软件的忽略名单或者进程中;或省电管理-》受保护程序里将APP保护起来。

    10.部分手机切换语言后,需要重新设置手机的通知权限,例如小米手机:设置-->其他高级设置-->安全与隐私-->通知使用权-->开启对应APP。

  • ● 为什么手环用了三天就没电了?

  • 心率检测完成后,请一定要关闭,避免心率检测LED长时间开启,加速耗电。
  • ● 为什么连接不上手环?

  • iPhone手机:
    1. 请确认,手环已经开机。
    2. 请确认手环在附近,而且有电量。
    3. 先看看手环设备是否被连接上了。在手机蓝牙设置里面,你会看到所有的具有蓝牙功能的设备。
    4. 如果看见手环未连接,试试重启手机的蓝牙。
    5. 如果重启蓝牙还是连接不上,请在手机蓝牙设置里面,点击进入二级界面,忽略设备;然后进入App,再次点击连接设备试试。

  • ● How to Wear

  • a. Best to wear the band after unlar styloid and to adjust via.

    b. Adjusting wrist size according to hole, buckle strap buckle, avoid band moving when doing sports.

    c. For heart rate band, please keep the sensor close to the skin to avoid moving.

  • ● Precautions

  • a. This band contains magnetic spare parts. Please do not use this product if one installs a pacemaker or implants electronic devices, or metal objects.

    b. When wearing, if there are bad symptoms, please immediately stop using this product.

    c. If charging line is not suitable for the power supply, it can shorten the battery life, or even damage the battery.

    d. Our hand adopts sealing process with anti-sweat, waterproof of daily life, such as hand washing, etc, but it do not support swimming, diving and so on.

Band Operation

    ● On/Off

  • On: off state, long pressing the button, band can be turned on (requirement: Band has electricity.).

    Off: on state, long press the button in the non-heart rate Interface, the page is displayed immediately 'on' and 'off', click the 'off' with long press to shutdown (Cancel can choose 'on', then pressing the button).

  • ● Clock Interface

  • The Bluetooth is connected with Bluetooth Icon bright ; If not connected, the icon does not appear.

  • ● Steps Interface

  • Wear band to record steps every day. Check out real-time steps constantly.

  • ● Distance Interface

  • The band will calculate the total distance based on steps and height of APP's personal settings.



    Note: 8-Icon 9-distance 10-unit
  • ● Calories Interface

  • The band will calculate the total calories burned based on steps and weight of APP's personal settings.



    Note:11-Calorie icon 12-calories burned 13-unit
  • ● Heart Rate Interface

  • Long press start/stop to test/stop. Default shown as “- -“before test result.“- -“or last test result shown when Heart Rate unused.

    Warn Tips: Sensor must close to skin when test the heart rate to avoid testing from external light affecting. Heart rate test area are must keep clean. Sweat or stains will affect the test results.

  • ● Button Functions

  • a. Shortly touch the function key can light up the screen or switch display page under the state of power-on. No operation in 5s will turn off screen by default. Users are supported to modify the time by connecting phone's APP.

    b. In Heart Rate interface, long touch the function key can start test.

APP Features

    ● Scan and Connection

  • Set--> search settings - > Enter scan interface-->In the list of available devices , pull down to scan-- > Click devices needed connection -- > Connect success-- > (if the connection fails, click again to connect). Connecting devices must open the phone Bluetooth.

    a.After entering the connection interface, it will automatically search near band. You can also re-scan band through the drop-down list, find and click on the corresponding band to connect.

    b.Once again open the application, it will automatically search and connect the latest link band. Note: Connecting band needs to open Bluetooth.

  • ● Synchronous Data

  • a.Just connecting the band, APK will automatically sync band’stime, personal information, step, sleep data, screen time, sedentary reminder, alarm clock, time system (whether 24 hours), etc.
    b.Syncs data by pull-down under Exercise, Sleep and Heart Rate interfaces.
    Warm reminder: Seven days offline-data is saved. The more the data is ,the longer it takes to sync maximum nearly 2 minutes. “Sync finished” will be shown after syncing done.
  • ● Personal Information

  • Click Settings - > personal information, enter personal information interface.
    Head portrait: According to the prompts, click the icon to set the photo in album or re-set a new picture. If not set, please click “cancel”.
    Nickname: click the text under the picture, you can re-edit the nickname.
    In order to ensure the accuracy of the data, setting includes gender, age, height, weight according to the individual’s information.
    Unit: According to personal habits, select the relevant data as the metric or imperial units.
    Exercise goal: Plan a daily exercise goal and a feasible plan links to a sound body.
    Warm reminder: User's personal information connecting with the current APK band will sync personal information to the band or will be syncin the next connection.
  • ● My Device

  • Settings -- > My device, enter the devices interface.
    Anti lost: Open anti lost function, alarm time, alarm bell, connection status, open. When the band distances the phone, the phone will immediately issue a warning sound.
    Sedentary: One hour default interval. Notified with vibration after sitting more than interval.
    Find Band: Click “Find band”, band will vibrate when connected with phone.
    Alarm Clock: Up to 3 alarms with user-friendly vibration. Support offline Clock alarming.
  • ● Message Push

  • Settings - > push message, enter my message push interface
    Incoming Call: Vibrate and name or number displayed (Display name only if it’s in your contacts, display number otherwise.)
    Message: Vibrate reminder with name from Contacts or number if unknown.
    QQ: Vibrating and QQ icon reminder
    WeChat: Vibrating and WeChat icon reminder
    Warm reminder: Using QQ, WeChat to remind, one needs to set up APK application on the phone to allow notification of the right to use (At the first time to open reminder, please select the appropriate APK application).
  • ● Shake and Photograph

  • Settings -- > Shake and photograph, enter the camera interface
    On connection, user can shake the hand which wear the band take a picture after 3 seconds prompt.
  • ● About and Help

  • Click on settings -- > enter the “about” interface.
    Update: using for detection if there is a new version of APK applications; On networking, click the pop-up prompt "the current version is the latest" or " Is updated new version?" .The user can operate according to their own corresponding needs. During upgrade, the user pull down the phone to view the progress of the download APK.
    The firmware upgrade: to detect if there is a new version of firmware band; networking, click the pop-up prompt "the current version is the latest" or "new version is updated?" , the user can according to their own needs of the corresponding operation.During upgrade process, ensuring that the Bluetooth connection about 2-3 minutes to complete the upgrade to avoid the interruption of the bluetooth device.
    Version information: view the current APK and band firmware version’s information; Unconnected state, click the version information will only display the APK version information.
    Help center: Apply the basic introduction and connection abnormalities, common problems of treatment.
    Restore the factory settings:On connection state, click to restore the factory settings, in the pop-up prompt once again confirmed the implementation, then the data of the band and the application will all be cleared, and restart the application.
  • ● Track Record and Playback

  • Click on the main interface of the map icon, enter the map function.
    Search: Input the site, click to search, if the location to the place, the interface will be marked out in the order.
    Navigation: Clicking on the mark out of the site will pop up the navigation menu, and then click the navigation to enter the navigation function.
    Clear: Clear the site icon be marked out.
    Start recording: Click to start recording, you can start recording the user's mobile track.
    End recording: Click on the end of the recording, the user can move between records which must be paired with the beginning of recording that is a complete record.
    Track record: Play the track record of the user and on the track record interface can be edited and added information.
    Warm reminder: In order to ensure the accuracy of positioning, please open GPS positioning.
  • ● Heart Rate Monitoring

  • At the main interface, cut into the heart rate interface.
    Start testing: On connection state, click the "start test" button, then begin to test the heart rate.
    Stop test: On connection state, click the "stop test" button, then stop the test heart rate.
    Explain: Default shown as “- -“before test result. “- -“or last test result shown when Heart Rate unused.
    The first heart rate value is not the true heart rate of the test. Must be waited for the stable heart rate value (that is the heart rate basically no longer jump or jump back and forth within a smaller range), this is the true heart rate.

FAQ

    ● Why does it wait for 8 seconds to test heart rate?

  • The longer signal acquisition takes the more accurate of testing will be.
  • ● Why does one wear band so tight in heart rate test?

  • According to Light Reflection Theory, light will reflect to sensor. when there is a space between band and your skin, which will affect accuracy.
  • ● How to monitor sleep?

  • When the user wearing band enters the sleep state at night, the band will automatically switch to the monitoring sleep mode. More detailed about sleeping can be viewed through the APP.
  • ● Why do some bands show PM, AM, and others not?

  • It depends on the mobile phone time setting. If the phone sets 12 hour system, it will appear. And if the phone sets 24 hour system, it will not appear.
  • ● Why does “Shake to take a picture” not use?

  • Please allow the app accessing to the camera before you use the camera.
  • ● Why can't some phones scan the device?

  • Some mobile phones cannot scan device because of the system itself, such as Android6.0 system easily appearing this kind of problem. Current solution: Open the phone GPS first, and then re-scan the device.
  • ● Why does message push function be failed?

  • Many reasons cause the message push function failure. Different phones have different ways to solve the problem, as followings:
    1.The first time using the message push will prompt to open push access, then opening it. And then select the appropriate APP given the right or find security and privacy settings options - > notice right to use ,setting it allows the app. to use the right.

    2.Why do not QQ, WeChat have message push?
    Meeting the 1 needs, entering QQ, WeChat seting interface -- > message notification / new message alert -- >message notification receiving.

    3.Why only QQ cannot receive messages, but WeChat and SMS are normal?
    Enter the phone QQ》setting》auxiliary function》system notification display QQ icon off.

    4.Mi phone cannot receive the news push:
    Mi mobile phone usually contains a security center, click security center to enter -- > authorization management. Setting the APP be from the start. Otherwise, mobile phone system will clear the background’s APP programs.

    5.Meizu phone can not receive the message push:
    Meizu mobile phone also has a built-in security center, click into the security center -- > Click permissions management. Setting the APP be from the start. Otherwise, mobile phone system will clear the background’s APP programs.

    6.Meizu phone can not receive SMS push:
    Enter the SMS settings -- > Advanced settings under the 'Flyme communication' -->Off.

    7.Meizu phone cannot receive SMS push:
    Solution:Message - 'click the right corner of the three point -' - 'advanced settings' - set off flyme communication. At the same time, check the pop issues. Message notification displays pop is not pushed on the watch.

    8.After upgrading Meizu to the new system, please close the settings, “on standby time, turn off the application to start each other'.

    9.Some mobile phones installed similar energy security software, APP must be added to the mobile phone in a variety of power optimization software of ignored list in the process; or the power management-》protected program will protect APP.

    10.After some mobile phones switch language, it needs to set up the mobile phone notification authority. For example: Mi mobile phone-->other advanced settings-->security and privacy-- > use the right to notice -- > open the corresponding APP.

  • ● Why does band have no electricity after using three days?

  • Please be sure to close the heart rate detection when the detection is completed, avoiding heart rate detection LED long time to open, accelerating the power consumption.
  • ● Why do not connect on the bracelet?

  • IPhone:
    1. Please confirm that the bracelet has been switched on.
    2. Please confirm the bracelet in the vicinity, and there is power.
    3. First look at the bracelet device is connected. In the phone Bluetooth settings, you will see all the Bluetooth-enabled devices.
    4. If you see the bracelet is not connected, try to restart the phone's Bluetooth.
    5. If you restart the Bluetooth or the connection is not on the phone Bluetooth settings, click into the secondary interface, ignore the device; then enter the App, click on the connection device to try again.
